Moodbidri : The rider of a two-wheeler lost his life in a head-on collision between two speeding motor bikes near Handelu Suttu  of Puttige village on Monday May 26 evening.

The deceased has been identified as  Wilson. The mishap occurred when Wilson was on way to Mangalore from Moodbidri at around 5.45 pm. It is said another bike which was proceeding from the opposite direction knocked down Wilson’s bike injuring him seriously. He later died in the hospital at around 7 pm.

Moodbidri police have registered a case.
