Newskarnataka – Bantwal

Bantwal: DK District in-charge Minister and  State Minister for Forest and Ecology B Ramanatha Rai has called upon the Congress  workers to strive for the  victory of   B Janardhana Poojari, the party candidate from Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha constituency.

Addressing a meeting of party office bearers, elected representatives and members   at BC Road on behalf of the Panemangalore  and Bantwal Block units of the Congress, Rai exhorted party men to sensitize the voters on the  achievements of the Congress led governments at the State and Centre.

Abbas Ali, Panemangalore Block Congress President,  Mayilappa Salian, Bantwal Block Congress President, Chandraprakash Shetty, MS Mohammad, Mamatha Gatti  and Padmanabha Rai, ZP Members, spoke at the meeting.

The meeting strongly condemned the recent clashes that broke out after some forces hindered the Samarasya Convention at Kalladka.

Senior Congressman Jinaraja Ariga, Sudarshan  Jain, BK Idinabba, Piyus Rodrigues and others were present.
