Mangalore :The Akshaya Patra Kitchen Phase 2 was inaugurated by DK District in-charge Minister B Ramanatha Rai on Tuesday June 17. The mid-day meal scheme of the Akshaya Patra Foundation of ISKCON was also inaugurated at Srinivasa Pata Shala Oriental High School on the occasion.

The minister along with other dignitaries including Mangalore North MLA Moidin Bava served mid-day meals to the students on the occasion. Madhu Pandit Dasa, Chairman of the Akshaya Patra Foundation, Karunya Sagar Dasa, President of the Akshaya Patra Foundation, Mangalore,  ISKCON office bearers, school teachers and others were present on the occasion.
