Mangalore: Pushparaj Jain took charge as the new President of CREDAI-Mangalore chapter at a colourful ceremony held at Hotel Motimahal in Mangalore on May 25, Saturday.

Outgoing President PMA Razak of Plama Developers, handed over charge to Pushparaj and his team of office bearers.

In his address, the new President Jain said the government must extend a helping hand to the builders to construct affordable houses for the poor.

Outgoing President PMA Razak said there need to be asingle window system in the MCC to  help in clearance of files pertaining to  construction projects.

PMA Razak, KC Naik, former presidents of CREDAI, Sanath Kumar Shetty, the architect were felicitated on the occasion.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Mangalore South MLA  JR Lobo, SCDCC Bank Chairman Rajendra Kumar and others were present.
