Mangalore :Deputy Commissioner A.B. Ibrahim has said that the administration has taken all necessary precautionary measures in the backdrop of the March 3 bundh call against implementation of Netravathi Diversion Project.

Speaking to media persons in the city on March 1, Saturday, the Deputy Commissioner said the leaders of the organisations which have given the call for the bundh have informed him that the bundh is voluntary. He also said he would be holding talks with bus operators to know their decision.
The DC also stated that steps would be taken to ensure that the scheduled exams in schools and colleges are held without any problem.
