Mangaluru: The sleuths of Ullal police station cracked down an illegal slaughter house in the wee hours of Friday on November 14, located at Chembugudde, Ullal.

The police seized a calf, a huge quantity of raw cattle meet, along with that 15 other cattle stock – after a tip off.

According to the police, the illegal slaughter house belongs to M C Bava. However, he is said to have fled before the police arrived. As many as 15 cattle were tied in the premises of the house, while a calf was readied to slaughter.

The police said that this was the second raid in the same house, moreover we have seized a vehicle that used for trafficking and registered the case in this regard.
