Mangaluru: Questioning why the central government has not been able to bring down the petroleum price in the country, despite the global crude price having seen a slide, Karnataka health and family welfare minister, U T Khader opined that at the present situation petrol can be sold at mere Rs 30 per litre in India.
Taking a dig at Narendra Modi, Khader said that in India petrol is being sold at twice the actual price.
He slammed the Prime Minister for not having met the election promises and added that as against the promised Rs 15 lac to be credited into every India’s account after the massive black money stashed in foreign bank accounts are brought out, not a single penny has been credited into any Indian’s account so far.
