Mangalore : Vana Mahotsav and Shramadan were held at Paneer church premises under the auspices of the ICYM Paneer on Sunday, July 13.

Speaking on the occasion, Franki Francis Cutinha  said that 1,100 saplings have been provided free by the Jalanayana Department and thanked the Department officer Damodar for the same.
B S Hasanabba, in his address appreciated the  efforts put in by ICYM Paneer in organising Vanamahotsava since the past three years with a keenness to protect nature.

On the occasion Parish Priest Vincent D’Souza, Philip D’Souza, Secretary, Loyd Veigas President of ICYM, Sandeep Telis, Secretary of ICYM and Philip D’Souza, convenor of ICYM were present.

Loyd Veigas welcomed the gathering. The programme was compered by Wilma Roch. Roshan Rodrigues rendered vote of thanks.
