Mangalore:The last three  accused in the Morning Mist Homestay attack case have been granted bail.  They are Subhash Padil, the prime accused, Ganesh alias Kati Munna and Manu alias Manoj. The last accused was arrested on July 21.

The police had charge sheeted a total of 44 persons in the case and had arrested 38 persons. The accused included Naveen Soorinje, a private channel reporter and Sharan, a TV Cameraman. Of the two, charges against Naveen Soorinje were dropped by the government after persistent demand by various organisations.

The court has asked Subhash, Ganesh and Manu to produce one solvent surety before release.
