Udupi:As many as 15000 people from Udupi and 10,000 from Puttur are expected to take part in the November 17 rally of Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi at Bangalore.
Thingale Vikramarjuna Hegde, Udupi District BJP President has informed that the party was organizing programmes in various places to ensure maximum participation of Modi supporters from the district.
Speaking to reporters here on October 29, Wednesday, Hegde said the party will organize a public campaign as well as door-to-door visit.
Puttur unit BJP President S Ayyappa who was also present said 44 rural committees and three urban committees have been formed to organize supporters for the rally.
