Only KJP has given due representation to fishermen community : Ramachandra Baikampady

Mangalore : Ramachandra Baikampady, KJP candidate of Mangalore North constituency has said that the KJP was sure to register a win in the  constituency in the upcoming assembly elections.

 

Speaking to reporters in Mangalore on April 30, Tuesday, he said he   has made a door-to-door visit in the constituency during his campaigning spree during which it has become crystal clear that the voters who are fed up with the misrule of the state government as well as the style of functioning of its MLA, are  aspiring for a change.

Commenting on the proposed Ultra Mega Thermal Power Project at Niddodi,  Ramachandra Baikampady criticized political parties for not  making any statement on the issue and added the KJP was determined to drive out such projects from the district just as people of Karwar sent the Tadadi project packing off.

He said it was only the KJP which has provided a suitable representation to the fishermen community and added all member of the fishermen community have decided to support the KJP.

Kamaraj Rai, President of the Mangalore city unit of KJP. Azeez Baikampady, State General Secretary, Hameed Kudroli, DK Minorities Cell President and others were present.
