Mangaluru: Another person from Mangaluru city succumbed to COVID-19 on Thursday, July 9.

According to reports, the deceased is a 55-year-old man from Boloor. He was reportedly admitted to a private hospital ten days ago as he had health issues.

Once he was admitted, throat swab samples were collected and sent for testing. His reports came back positive for COVID-19 soon after that.

He passed away on July 9 without responding to the treatment, reports said.
