Mangaluru: The water taps in Mangaluru will run dry tomorrow, i.e, on April 20, as the pumping station will be under maintenance.

In a press release, Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) Commissioner said that the pumps frequently broke down due to the trash, silt and sand accumulated in the jack well and 80 MLD pumping station LLPS-2. To rectify the problem, the water supply to the city will be stopped to clean the jack well and to repair the return valve at HLPS-2 station.

Water supply will be stopped between 6 AM and 6 PM.
