Mangalore, Mar 17: News Karnataka with offices in Mysore, Bangalore and UAE, launched its beta English version – www.newskarnataka.com during the News Karnataka Conclave held at Town Hall here on Sunday March 17 evening. The Kannada version launched about a year ago has been a great success which in turn has inspired the promoters to launch the beta version.
The well known city lawyer P P Hegde, former PM and JDS supremo Deve Gowda’s political advisor Tanvir Ahmed, DCP Dharmaiah, Moodbidri-based Prakruti Group of education institutions correspondent Gerald Crasta, Dakshina Kannada district Working Journalists’ Association President Harish Rai were the chief guests of the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, P P Hegde commended the efforts young entrepreneurial team of News Karnataka, who has shown the world that India is truly shining. India is the youngest country in the world with great potential for entrepreneurs, politicians and more significantly responsible citizens.

Tanvir Ahmed in his power packed words, kindled the patriotic spirit among the gathering stating that the country needs entrepreneurs who can sacrifice for better tomorrows. “The youngest country in the world should become all powerful in every sphere, said Tanvir Ahmed.
