Mangalore : Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP from Mangalore has  said that he fully supported the Jain Mutt Seer Sri Charukeerthi Bhattaraka Swamiji who will be going on a hunger stir on October 2  in order to pressurize the government to entrust the Siddantha Darshana Mandir burglary case to the CBI.

Nalin  has  urged the  Karnataka Government  to take serious cognizance of the case  wherein several antique idols worth several thousands of crores of rupees have been stolen from the Mandir. That the probe until now has not been able to recover all the stolen idols, has further necessitated a CBI investigation into the case, he said.

The Jain Mutt seer has already informed that he will go on  a hunger strike from 8.30 am to 5 pm on October 2.
