Muslim Jamaat council seeks security during Eid celebrations

Mangalore:The Leaders of the Muslim Jamaat council met the IGP of Western Range Pratap Reddy and SP of DK district Santanu Sinha and submitted a memorandum   requesting for security arrangements during  Eid celebrations. The leaders have also demanded strict action against anti-social elements in the state.

The  top police officials who accepted the memorandum, responded positively and promised necessary steps to fulfill the demands.

The delegation led  by the Acting President of Karnataka Muslim Jamaat Council Maulana PM Masliyar Bekal also include its state unit chief secretary Abusoofyan Madani, secretaries Haaji BM Mumtaz Ali and MSM Zaini Kamil, District President Hyder Partippadi, Vice-President Aboobakar Sajeepa and member Ali Pare.
