Moodbidri : The District Sessions Court has denied bail to a student named Tansir Ahmed who is facing charges of attempt to kill an advocate of Moodbidri during a recent tussle between  the two in the town which even resulted in the advocate opening fire in the air.

The incident had taken place on September 25. The District Court heard the argument of the Public Prosecutor on October 19,while  the Defence lawyer had  presented his line of  argument on October 20, Monday. The Court which heard both the sides, has in its judgement delivered on October 22, Tuesday,   denied bail to the petitioner.
