Mangalore :Milagres Church celebrated Christmas at venlock Hospital paediatric wing Mangalore here today. This event was organised by the Church for the poor kids of the hospital and their parents sharing joy and happiness to recover fast from their illness.

In the inaugural speech Milagres Parish priest Fr Valerian said, Jesus has told us “We all are children of God.Let’s all live in love and fellowship”.Christa jayanthi is the feast of Human beings. So we celebrate this feast at venlock hospital paediatric department here with these kids.

Later he welcomed Dr Shanthram baliga HOD of paediatric department,Mrs Shoba,Dr  Rajeshwari Devi DMO. On the Dias dias Mr Alwyn Rusario Vice President, Parish Pastoral council Mrs Norma convenor of X’mas celebration were also present. Program was inaugurated by Dr  Rajeshwari Devi  by cutting Xmas cake along with other dignitaries on the Dias.

In the inaugural message Dr Rajeshwari Devi Thanked parish pastoral council for organising this event for kids. She wished that kids who are suffering from diseases may get recovered fast with the blessings of Jesus. Addressing the gathering Dr Shanthram baliga Wished every one Xmas and a happy new year.

Mrs Anitha Pinto Office staff thanked all the dignitaries and donors. Program was compared by Mrs Meera Pinto.

Later Cake and Juice was distributed to all. Soon after the stage program cultural program was organised. St Marys School Children displayed Tablo on the occasion.
