Mangaluru: The officials of Mangaluru City Corporation raided several shops without valid license at central market here on July 18.
The raid was carried out by chairperson of Health, Education and Social Justice Standing committee of MCC Kavitha Sanil. She said that several shops owners in the area had failed to renew their licences.

The shops were earlier served notice to renew their licenses and the MCC also warned of taking strict action against defaulters.
