Mangalore : K Harish Kumar, Commissioner of Mangalore City Corporation has been transferred. He  has now been posted as Secretary to State Urban Development Minister Vinaykumar Sorake.

Harish Kumar  who is widely appreciated for his highly efficient style of functioning, has been MCC Commissioner since September, 2011. He even has the experience of serving as Assistant Commissioner of Puttur.
