Mangalore : Newly inducted state minister UT Khader  arrived at the Mangalore airport on May 19, Sunday to a rousing reception. Several party workers, leaders, well wishers and admirers were present at the airport to welcome the new minister.

Speaking to press persons on the  occasions, Khader said a ministership was unexpected for him. He said he would work for the welfare of the people of  his constituency as well as the district. He also owed his victory to the hard efforts of party leaders and workers and promised to live upto their expectations.

Ibrahim Kodijal, Interim President of District Congress, Vinayraj, UT Iftikar, Shivaprasad Shetty and others were present.
