Kasargod: A youth who was absconding after promising a girl of marriage has been nabbed by the Manjeshwar police here on April 21.

Mansoor(31) from Pandyala in Manjeshwar is the arrested.

A complaint was registered at Manjeshwar police station against the accused of sexually harassing a girl after making false promise of marriage.
The girl from Chattanchal was befriended by the accused through missed call.

They came in contact in 2009. In 2012 the girl had complained to the police after which Mansoor went missing.

He was working as lorry cleaner in Karnataka.

Based on a credible information that he has arrived to his native place, police carried the operation and arrested him.
