Kasargod : Vidyanagar police have arrested a person from Kollam and have seized nearly 1.25 kg ganja from him. It is learnt, the arrested man identified as Mohammad Salim alias Tekkan Salim (38) who hailed from Kollam used to sell drugs targeting students  around school and college campuses.

Sources said he had been arrested once earlier and even released, but had continued to be a drug peddler despite the court directing him to appear before police station every week. Sources also stated that several cases were pending against him in Kasargod, Adoor and Kozhikode police stations.
