Kasargod: A man who was transporting ganja from Kollam to Kasargod was arrested by the Kasargod police on Monday January 13. The man is identified as 38-year-old T Francis who hails from Thiruvananthapuram.

It has been learnt that T Francis was carrying an approximate of four kilograms of ganja.

The Kasargod police had received information stating that ganja was being transported from Kollam to Kasargod in the Ernad Express train.
The police has seized two bags containing four kg of ganja, a mobile phone, Rs 800 cash, and identity card. It has been gathered that the smugglers had promised Rs 4000 to Francis for delivering the ganja.
