Kasargod: Manjeshwar police have arrested a Madarasa teacher on the charges of harassing a female student.

The arrested person is Hassan alias Hassainar (47) who hails from Mulleria Natekal and resides  in Mogral Puttur Panja.

The arrested man who is serving as a teacher in a Madarasa at Manimunda has been charged with harassing a student of Uppala around two weeks ago.

Police said he faced similar charges while serving in other places too in the past.
