Lunar eclipse alters Kukke Srikshetra darshan timings

Mangaluru: The final lunar eclipse of the year is scheduled for Saturday, October 28. As a result, there is a modification in the darshan timings for the renowned Sri Kshetra Kukke Subramanya Deva in Kadaba taluk of Dakshina Kannada district.

This Saturday, there have been adjustments made to the darshan timings for Lord Subramanya, with the evening mahapooja concluding at 6:30 PM. Therefore, the darshan of the deity will be unavailable after 6:30 PM.

According to a statement from the Kukke Subramanya Temple management, both the Ashlesha Bali ceremony on Saturday evening and the night annadanam seva will not be conducted. The eclipse is scheduled to commence at 01:04 AM on Saturday and conclude at 02:24 AM.
