Moodabidri: A customer who noticed worms in “Blues” chocolates brought the incident to the notice of media persons here on Tuesday evening in Modabidri.
The customer, a teacher by profession, had bought “Blues’ chocolates worth Rs 5 from a shop on Kalsanka Road and had found worms in it on Tuesday. Two days before, on Sunday, another school staff too had bought same chocolates and noticed worms in it.

When the teacher approached the shop owner, he assured of complaining to the company concerned.

Based on the information given on the chocolate wrapper, the product was tracked to a company from Karnataka and immediate action was sought in this regard.
