Labourers urged to fight for their rights

Moodbidri:  CITU State Committee Member Harish Nayak has called upon the working class to fight unitedly  in order to prevail upon the government to fulfil several of their demands.

Speaking after according a welcome to the Labour Rights Awareness Jatha on its arrival in Moodbidri on Tuesday July 8, he said  the working class is hit hard due to soaring prices of essential commodities and are struggling to make two ends meet.

J Balakrishna Shetty and  Vasantha Achari, District leaders of CITU led the jatha.

Ramani, District CITU Vice President, Radha, Secretary and others were present.

The jatha was flagged off at Karwar a few days ago.
