Mangaluru: Senior Congress leader and Minister D K Shivakumar informed that fear of defeat in the upcoming Lok Sabha election has made Eshwarappa make baseless allegation against the coalition government.

Addressing the reporters at Mangaluru International Airport on Sunday he said, ” though Eshwarappa informed that Kumaraswamy was fed up with the coalition government and he is trying to come out of the alliance, there is no truth in it. I hope the BJP expels Eshwarappa from the party for such baseless statement,” he said.

Shivakumar was in the city to attend the wedding reception of DK distrct Youth Congress President Mithun Rai.
