Mangalore: The Assistant Manager of Gurupur Vajradehi Mutt, Sudhaker has filed a petition in the court alleging that the CD of the speech delivered by RSS leader Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat during Hindu Sangama, which was presented to the police was a doctored one.

The petition was  filed against Mohammad Usman of Mallur who had earlier lodged a complaint with Bajpe police accusing Bhat of delivering a  provocative speech. The court has now directed the Bajpe police to file an FIR against Usman under sections 153 and 295A of the Indian Penal Code .

As per the complaint of Sudhaker , both Prabhaker Bhat and Chakravarathi Soolibele had  only spoken about the injustice done to  Hindus in the society. He further accused Usman of trying to incite communal feelings through his complaint.

Sudhaker in his complaint also  refuted Usman’s claims that he was passing by  Vajradehi Math on the evening of the Hindu Sangama at 7 pm. He also stated that he had to move the court through advocate PP Hegde as the police had earlier failed to take action on the basis of his complaint.
