Kadri fire brigade station inspector K Nagesh no more

Mangalore: The Mangalore Kadri fire brigade station inspector 58-year-old, K Nagesh passed away due to cardiac arrest on Tuesday December 10.

He had been serving the department for the last 33 years.He died while he was on duty.

K Nagesh, a resident of Kumpala joined Karnataka fire and emergency services department in Udupi and got promoted as chief fireman and assistant station inspector in Mangalore, Kundapur, Karkala, Sullia, Naragunda and Kadri fire stations.

Fire brigade officials in Udupi, Madikeri, Moodigere, Chickmagalur, Mysore and other officials and prominent people offered their last respects to the departed officer.

K Nagesh is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter.
