ISIS operative Yasmeen Ahmed sent to judicial custody till September 6

Kasargod: Yasmeen Ahmed who was arrested for her alleged links with terror outfit ISIS was produced before Kasargod court and has been sent to judicial custody till September 6.
Yasmeen Ahmed was arrested in New Delhi in connection with her allegiance to terror outfit ISIS. She was arrested after 21 people went missing from Thrikkaripura and Padanna areas of Kasaragod district where she is accused of facilitating them to travel abroad to join ISIS. Yasmeen, a divorcee has close connections with prime accused Abdul Rashid (32), the man who used to preach hatred to indoctrinate ISIS ideology in the pretext of teaching religious text. This helped the police to nab her initially in Delhi.

The police had seized 2 passports and 620 American dollars from her after arrest. The police have intensified investigations after her arrest and are trying to gather more leads by taking her around to various locations amid tight security.
