Infant Jesus Joy-land school on the eve of its silver jubilee

Mangalore: The Infant Jesus Joy-land school situated at Bolar, Mangalore is celebrating its silver jubilee this year.

Speaking to the media, in the press meet held in the press club of Mangalore, the correspondent of the school, Mrs. FA Pinto announced the same, today.

As a part of the silver jubilee celebration, the school has organized various competitions at inter-school level  and they are as follows:

1. 16-8-2013: Quiz at 9 AM

2. 17-8-2013: “Joy-land Trophy” football tournament for the invited teams at Nehru Stadium. 

3. 19-8-2013: Wealth out of waste, From 9 AM to 11 AM

4. 19-8-2013 and 20-8-2013: From 9 AM to 3 PM the exhibition of portraits of Ms. Manishma and Ms. Megha Manoj, who are the students of the school.

5. 19-8-2013: Drawing competition from 9 to 11 based on the theme “We have one earth, protect it”

In the month of November the 25th annual day of the school will be celebrated along with the silver jubilee celebration of the school and a souvenir will be inaugurated which gives the milestones that the school achieved the 25 years.

President of the school PTA Mohammed Husain, Bolar, vice president Abdul Raheem p, teacher of the school Mrs. Surekha were present at the occasion.
