Bantwal : The High court stayed the construction of prayer centre which has been built on the national highway. Shailesh had filed an appeal in the High Court to stop the construction of prayer centre by the Image Education Trust.

The District administration, Bantwal town council and Trust president were defendants in the court.

When the BJP was in power they had asked permission to construct the mosque.They had also collected opinion from the public. After election the new government had granted permission. Questioning this Shailesh had complained to the high court.

Arun Syam had argued on behalf of the applicant.
