Newskarnataka – Moodbidri

Moodbidri: Robbers stole gold worth 10 lakhs here on May 14,at Popadikallu in kadandale which comes under Paladka Panchayath. When the robbery took place the house owner and his wife were reportedly sleeping.

House owner Pius Oswald Pinto and Nisha Marita Pinto had gone to their relatives roce function and returned back at 11pm. Next morning at 5am they came to know that gold worth 10 lakhs was missing.

A Necklace, 7 bangles, rings and bracelet were stolen. The thief robbed only the gold even though there was cash.

Dog squad and finger print experts have arrived to the spot. Moodbidri police have registered the case.
