Moodabidri: In a gruesome mishap, four persons were killed on the spot after a speeding Tempo rammed into a Tata Ace vehicle parked on the roadside, at Yedapadau, on Tuesday noon.

The deceased are Chennappa from North Karnataka, Sonu from Jharkhand and Prakash from Mangaluru were in the parked vehicle.

An unidentified person was killed in the accident.

Bajpe police have registered a case.
