Karkala :A well known Indian cricketer,commentator and former captain Ravi Shastri visited Nagabana in Karwal at Karkala to offer pujas on Saturday February 8.

In search of the Naga origin, Cricketer Ravi Shastri who had earlier come to Karvalu, Udupi, has been coming here every year and again came here on Tuesday for the fifth time.

In the presence of the villagers Ravi Shastri offered prayers to Naga and Vishnumurthy.

Ravi Shastri strongly believes that, only after he offered his prayers here he had a daughter, so that is the reason he visits here every year.
