Mangalore: Two youth  who tried to molest a  female employee of a media based in the city were caught red handed by the public and  handed over to the police.

The incident took place late evening on December 1, Sunday  near the St Agnes College, when the  girl was walking towards her hostel after work.

The arrested youth  have been identified as Jackson and Denver, both residents of Capitanio. It is learnt, the duo was caught hold of by the public when the girl raised a cry as soon as they tried to molest her.

A case has been registered in Kadri police station.
