Kasargod : In a shocking  incident, a dead baby snake was found in the sambar supplied to a pregnant woman from  the canteen of the Kasargod General Hospital. The woman who was in a state of shock after she noticed the dead snake, is presently said to be recovering.

The incident took place on the night of July 14 when the pregnant woman from Badiadka Kopalamoole  was supplied sambar from the hospital canteen but to her shock she saw a four cm long  baby snake inside it. It is learnt the woman who noticed some large piece inside the sambar, examined it only to know that it  was a snake.

A complaint has been lodged and there is a possibility of action against the canteen authorities.
