‘Dabak Daba Aisa’ released in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: ‘Dabak Daba Aisa’, the much-awaited Tulu movie, which hit the headlines recently after the movie clips leaked post release, was released officially on Friday, August 5 by renowned multi-lingual film producer K Manju at Suchithra theatre in Mangaluru.
The film has been produced and directed by Prakash pandeshwar under the banner ‘Jayakirana films’.
Manju, addressing the gathering urged the people to Karnataka to remain away from pirating films.

“Many people resort to piracy for meager amount. They fail to understand the hardships that the film crew has faced to put up a good show. Please make it a point to watch movies at the theatres so that the hardwork of the film crew and team is paid off,” he said.

Tulu Drama Association President Kishore Shetty said that though over the last one year several movies have been made in Tulu, the sense of quality was missing. This movie would bring in that missing ingredient.

Managing director of In-Land Builders, Siraj Ahmed, Actor Devdas Kapikad, lead actors Naveen D Padil and Sheethal Nayak among others were present.
