Mangalore: The fourth additional and district sessions court that had earlier convicted Cyanide Mohan Kumar in two cases of murders of Anitha and Leelavathi has also convicted him in a third case relating to the disappearance and murder of Sunanda. The verdict was given on December 18, Wednesday.
Judge B K Naik pronounced Mohan guilty under sections 366,376, 328, 392, 394, 417, 302 and 201 of the IPC.


Reportedly 32-year-old, Sunanda, who hailed from Peruvaje Sullia went missing on February 11, 2008, and the same night, her body was found in Mysore KSRTC bus stand.
It was learnt that on the day of Sunanda’s murder, she had withdrawn Rs 25,000 from a bank. Sunanda was a member of Sri Durga self-help group. She also had taken gold which her. It was later given to Ashirwad Finance by Mohan after he killed Sunanda with Cyanide.
