Mangalore: The nomination of Harsha Moily son of Union minister M Veerappa Moily has been rejected by the selection committee of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) on Sunday, March 2 stating that he is not eligible as per the AICC criteria.

Speaking to the media, internal election observer Praniel Nair confirmed that Harsha Moily’s nomination was rejected as he could not meet the criteria of a candidate set by the AICC.

Thus it has been thoroughly decided that Harha Moily would not be allowed to contest the Congress internal election from Mangalore and now brawl will be just between veteran leader Janardhan Poojary and businessman and state vice-president of Congress Minority Cell U Kanachur Monu.
