He will be sharing the screen space with none other than Jackie Chan in his upcoming film ‘Kung Fu Yoga’, but this Bollywood star who has crossed over to international film arena is in love with our very own humble coastalwood!

Yes, believe it or not Bollywood Star Sonu Sood wants to be a part of Tulu film industry and considers Mangaluru as his second home.

During his visit to city to promote Kung Fu Yoga in Mangaluru, Sood openly appreciated the growth of Tulu film industry and said that he would love to explore Coastalwood. Sood said that he has been to Mangaluru couple of times due to some friends and he has loved the beaches here. This apart, Kung Fu Yoga has a Mangalorean connection as well. Local lads-Local lad Abhishek Rao is playing a short role and Lawrence Paul – is the co-producer of the movie.

Speaking about working with legendary Jackie Chan, Sood said that it was a great learning experience over the last eight to nine months. “Those eight months of shooting for this film was a blessing because I was constantly learning,” he said.
