Mangaluru: CEO and MD of Tarjani Communications Pvt Ltd, a city-based creative and media communications company, Sheshagiri Gopal Kadabettu interacted with the Spearhead Media Group Team and shared his experience in the industry.

Sharing his first work experience with close interaction with Dhirubhai Ambani, the founder of Reliance Group, he said “Mr Ambani was thinking 10 years ahead of time. He used to have a close relationship with his staff and the staff also were eager to meet him and gain knowledge from him. This has helped me in developing that same work culture at my present workplace”.

Explaining his journey with the Hindu Group, he said “The company believed in people and in turn people were ready to give their fullest to the organisation. They stood by the organisation at all times and the management supported the staff in return. This should be the staff – management relation”.

Appreciating Spearhead Media Group’s “eliminating competition by collaboration” concept, he said when we think good of others, we grow and Spearhead Media Group will succeed with everyone’s support.
