Kushalnagar : Former chief minister and BJP National Vice President DV Sadananda Gowda has exuded confidence that the BJP would come to power in the state with a majority.

Participating in a BJP workers convention here, the former CM said  the various developmental programmes introduced by the BJP government would surely  help in the victory of the party. If at  all there is a party which is banking on its achievements ,  then it is the BJP, DV Sadananda Gowda claimed.

Stating that he was hurt by internal differences in the party,  he said the last two years of BJP rule has seen good governance compared to the corruption and irregularities that prevailed in the first three years.

Alleging that the Union Congress government was involved in a number of scams, he said the Congress had no moral right to speak against corruption.
