Udupi: BJP Mahila Morcha, Udupi district with its leaders and workers organised a vehicle rally on Wednesday, April 9 from Jodukatte to Malpe.

The rally meant to extend their support to Shobha Karandlaje, who is the BJP candidate for Udupi-Chikmagalur in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2014.

After inauguration of the bike rally Sheela K Shetty, BJP district woman wing president, said it is our responsibility to make shobha win this election.

Being a women candidate Shobha got a chance to contest without any reservation so we want to express gratitude to our party she added.

“Under the administration of Narendra Modi in the center, Shoba Karandlage will be for sure victorious with the high margin of votes, people here know her and experienced her leadership efficiency,” says Mohini Diwakar.

The rally was flagged off at Jodukatte to K.M Road, Bus stop, Bannanje, Karavali bypass and culminated at Malpe Beach.

Former MLA Raghupati Bhat, Shyamala Kunder, Reshma Uday Kumar, Geeta Shet, Ex-MlA Raghupathi bhat, Kiran Kumar, Raghavendra Kini and Geethanjali Suvarna, were present on the occasion.
