Moodbidri : “During the BJP rule in the state, none of the schemes including Bhagyalakshmi, Suvarna Bhoomi or cycle distribution were restricted to any particular caste or community. But  during the present Congress rule, several schemes are restricted to some particular caste or community,” alleged V Sunil Kumar , Karkala MLA and State BJP Yuva Morcha President.

He was addressing an election campaign meet of the BJP at Alangar on Thursday April 10  under the aegis of the Moodbidri unit of Shakti Kendra. Continuing, he said BJP is inevitable for India to emerge as a global power. During the UPA tenure,  the government never even bothered to warn Pakistan even when the Indian soldiers were beheaded, he said.

KP Sucharitha Shetty, BJP local unit President, also spoke on the occasion. Several people including Hindus and Muslims joined the BJP on the occasion.
KP Jagadish, District BJP Vice President,  Councillors Nagaraj Poojari, Prasad Kumar and others were present.
