Mangalore:A bike rider escaped with minor injuries when an electric pole rolled over his Honda Activa while he was passing  through the Pandeshwar area near Railway Gate, after a private bus hit against the pole on October 15, Tuesday night.

The lucky bike rider is Sudhaker, a resident of near Marigudi Temple, Bolar. It is learnt the driver of the bus which was on way to Bangalore, all of a sudden lost control over his vehicle which hit  against the pole and then the road divider.

Pandeshwar police are investigating.
