Mangalore :The Bajpe police have arrested five persons including four women who were involved in the theft case.The arrested are identified as Muniyamma,Lakshmi,Saraswathi,Manja and Gulabi all residents of Pachanadi.

They were arrested from Gurupura and police recovered valuables worth Rs.3 lakh from them.Police produced all the accused before the court and were remanded for the judicial custody of 15 days.

ACP Ravikumar,SI Anant Murdeshwar,crime branch ASP Seetaram, Bajpe police inspector Narasimhamurthy,head constable Suresh, police personnel Jayanand Bharat, Chandrahas, Shashidhar and Fathima were part of the operation.
