Mangaluru: A 45-year-old auto driver was killed while he was crossing the road after a car hit him on Tuesday, February 23.

Radhakrishna, a resident of Kotekar is the deceased.

A case has been registered at Ullal police station.

It is learnt that even though he was fallen on road in a pool of blood, none of the people present there cared to shift him to the hospital.

However, Sathish, the deceased auto driver’s friend shifted him to the hospital in his rickshaw and showed humanity.

But it was too late and Radhakrishna did not make it.
